To Our Season Pass Holders:
As you are no doubt aware, the old Nanacast Season Pass system faced issues last year when it unexpectedly went offline and users lost access to their feeds. At the time the Nanacast team informed their clients that they were planning to shut down the service within a year.
Actions Taken
The following measures were taken so our listeners didn’t lose access to their Season Pass content:
- In November of 2024 we were able to temporarily bring the servers back online and restore limited service.
- Throughout the end of 2024 and into 2025 we announced to our listeners on our social media accounts as well as on several podcast episodes that access to Nanacast would be ending permanently in early 2025.
- In these announcements we urged our listeners who were still accessing their Season Passes through the Nanacast system to please download their Season Pass content from Nanacast before the system went offline.
End of Support
Without warning, as of the end of September 2025, the Nanacast system has permanently shut down and they erased all of our Season Pass content and data. With the shut down, we are no longer able to support Season Passes. This was not our decision nor was it within our control.
How to Access Past Episodes
To our listeners who were unable to download their content in time, we understand it’s disappointing to lose Season Pass access and for that we apologize. Fortunately, legacy content can still be accessed via our Sleepless Universe subscription’s Sanctuary plan. This plan includes:
- Access to the entire library of past premium episodes (Seasons 3-22)
- Early access to the weekly full-length episodes for Season 23
- Access to premium bonus episodes such as Old Time Radio, Suddenly Shocking, Halloween & Christmas specials
- Ad free listening
- Access to an exclusive feed for the limited series podcast Goat Valley Campgrounds
- Access to the NoSleep Discord community
- Access to one additional 60 min bonus episode per month
- Access to regular NoSleep Podcast game nights via Zoom
- Annual subscribers receive access to exclusive NoSleep merch
- Advance notice and special pricing for NoSleep Live appearances
- Entrance into a quarterly raffles to be included in a NoSleep episode
