My friend went to the party last week. I haven’t heard from or seen him since, and he’s not returning my calls or texts, but when (if) he resurfaces, I’ll ask him what it was all about.

Still not feeling it :(. Quality is top notch but the stories aren’t scary. The snails story was awesome but over all just gross. The final party would have been an awesome advertisement for a real podcast but it wasn’t scary. The girls going to a party maybe there will be a follow up that’s released like an ep of that party iscast with her dying. The change story was the closest to scary. The other story she died saw a shadow then lived. Again could have been scary but ended happy. The space ship story while again a great story. Wasn’t scary.

Not that person but you were replying to but no, that’s not true. I went back to season one (or maybe two, not sure) to listen to a story I must’ve missed on a recommendation (Laurel Highlands). Now THAT was scary. These stories lately are simply not very scary.

You’re looking for a scary story, I haven’t really encountered one in a while in the NSP. But the quality of this season has been a bit Sub-Par, I feel as though only this one and the last episode have been good, maybe one good story per episode in the previous ones.

It would be nice if they had a link page for all the podcasts that they find and mention on their podcast. that way we don’t have to hunt for them.

They literally do, below the pics and in the title for the story (: if they can link to it.

Houston we have a problem!! On my season pass podcast account episode 6 is part one of “the smiling ones”. What gives? Can someone correct this please?

That’s a supplemental episode so you’re not lost while listening to part 2 on the newest episode.

That would be cool except episode 6 ever showed up in my feed. I’m sure it’ll get fixed soon (:

I thought the same thing, but I saw it as the episode before the supplemental episode.

If you’re using the Apple app, the supplemental episode may override the new ep, check the feed list to make sure.

I didn’t get the first one – was it a creepy pasta story or an ad? Snails sounded so good! Gross, but good. I had problems listening to the last story (free version). It sounded really weird on my car’s stereo, kind of like buffering between 140p and 720p. Sometimes it sounded okay and another time horrible and flat.

Totally fell for the first one. Went hunting for that podcast and everything. Was fairly certain I heard David Ault, but knew I’d been had when the logo took me to the author’s Twitter. Well played

“Change” was so convoluted and written in such an unnecessarily elaborate way that really dragged along Jessica’s narration.

I listened to 2 minutes of the first story…the voice was annoying.

I’ve listened to all the podcasts. Most get an ‘A’.. this one a ‘D’. That female narrator is just not nuanced. Too strident. Try listening to some British narrators….they convey the right ambiance without the over the top shrilly voice.

I tend to agree. I’m British and also prefer a more deliberate and less histrionic presentation. However not everyone can be Dr Creepen.
